This morning I “section-hiked” the famous Appalachian Trail.
The Pennsylvania section of the trail is rocky and it would be a challenge to hike it with a pack.

The Trail runs from Springer Mountain in Georgia to Katadin in Maine.

Looking south toward Maryland and the mountains.

Hey Dad sweet site

can’t wait to see you tomorrow
love ya
My heart longs to be there. I love that trail and there is something about the trail that bekons me to visit it again. Maybe I’ll have to get a child-pak and start our “little one” out soon. Love you. Did you see any fellow hikers?
I did not. I sat on a log and journaled for a while and thought how that Circuit-Rider would be along in a few months, but I had to get going.
