Next week the girls head to Kentucky on a pre-tour tour. In June they will be doing their Kentucky Mountain Parkway Tour. They will sing on TV, porches, churches, the street, Hoedown Island at Daniel Boone State Park, Bethany Children’s Home in Breathitt County, and other places. They will start by going through Ohio and singing at Zion Christian Union Church in Perry County, Ohio.
Can’t wait to hear them. We plan to go to KY and hear them June 21.
When are they going to sing in OH?
Remember I’m from the Ohio Valley.
My daughter and friends have been looking for a children’s home to champion in Kentucky. I am unaware of one in Breathitt County (or the entire state.) There is a Bethany Christian Mission in Wolfe County. Please clarify. If there is an orphanage-type mission still going on in Kentucky, I know a group of young women who would love to get involved with supporting it.
