The Getty’s have a new recording.

The world we live in can be a depraved, violent, sensual, defiling, ugly place. Sometimes that hits close to home. Sometimes that hits within our homes. What should we do when the ugliness of sin hits close to home?

On Good Friday Lois took this picture down the row where some of the men of Evangel were listening to the message and preparing to serve communion. I thank God for these men.

Bill Calvas is a faithful member of our church. He and a number of his friends spend many weekends a year preaching the gospel boldly on the street. Last week they preached in Detroit during the NCAA Basketball tournament. The Free Press interviewed Bill. He sincerely gave glory to the Lord Jesus Christ. Bill has a deep affection for Jesus and for people and longs to express the gospel and be faithful to the Lord. Here is the article:
