Tomorrow we are heading for Indianapolis. I am pretty excited about it and this one especially because I will get to help out with Commit program for girls. I am praying things go well and I learn along with all the other girls there. I really feel that God wants me to minister to girls so I am very much looking forward to the opportunity this week!
God has really been working on me lately as I seek His will above my own (not so simple to do). But I know He has plans and I trust those plans. He has always been so faithful to me. I am learning more and more about His unfailing love and sometimes that means “no” for an answer. As I seek Him for direction in my life and ministry I feel a closeness to Him I would not trade for the world.
So life is going well for me and I am looking forward to seeing my dear brother Chuk soon. One more week! He will return to us. We love and miss him and are ready for all he has to tell us about his exciting ministry this summer.
The girls and I are practicing our singing together lately. We are really enjoying it too. Has a southern sound to it and which I like, must be in my roots somewhere.
Well I will soon return from the big Conference and have pictures to post I’m sure and will also share what I am sure God is ready to teach me!
