I have a new resolution. It occurred to me the other day while I was walking. I am resolved no longer to evaluate myself and my ministry based on numbers. Jesus changed the world through a small cluster of followers who went and told the story to others, most of whom gathered in small clusters and spread all over the earth. When large crowds appeared it was not always good, when it was, it was the result of the power of God, not human manipulation. It was raining last Thursday morning and I paused to make a little video about it.
