Speaking & Discipleship Ministry To Young Women
I love speaking to young women. I have had the privilege of speaking to other young women at a mother/daughter banquet, father/daughter retreat, at camp around the fire, churches, small retreats and spoke at the “Winter Gathering” two retreats I organized for young women. I love getting an opportunity to open up my heart and to just talk about Jesus Christ. I feel this is what the Lord has called me to do and I welcome any new opportunities to do just that. I love to share what He has done for me from my heart and my own life experiences. My main goal is simply to encourage others to love Him with all their hearts, to be open and submissive to Him and to follow His word in the simple yet often challenging instructions He gives in Titus 2.
I also love to bring my three beautiful sisters along to sing with me whenever we can. One of our favorite songs we sing together we learned while doing one of our least favorite jobs around the house…the dishes. We love the song “Fairest Lord Jesus”.
I welcome any new opportunities to share with other young women anywhere I can. Some of the topics I have spoken on are:
Loving God – watching God’s amazing love for us His children and responding with a greater, deeper love for Him.
Consecration – giving over to the Lord every area of your life and watching His blessings.
Is God Enough? – knowing that all our needs are in Christ alone our first love.
Homemaking – encouraging young ladies who have the God given desire to stay at home and to love their families based on Titus 2:5.
Loving Our Fathers – loving and respecting our fathers and never letting anything come between us.
Other subjects I feel are very, very important and I like to touch on are modesty, femininity, courtship, godly friendships and other things we face daily as Christian women in today’s world.
